Legal Expatiate’s 4-week certificate course covers the essentials of drafting legal documents in cases involving divorce, domestic violence, Sec 85 BNS, and custody matters. The course aims to equip participants with practical skills necessary to excel in family law. The sessions will offer insights into various laws across Hindu, Muslim, and Parsi practices, focusing on real-world applications to strengthen participants’ legal drafting abilities.

Course Structure/Modules
The course is divided into eight modules:
- Module 1: Laws on judicial separation and divorce in Hindu, Parsi, and Muslim laws.
- Module 2: Domestic violence provisions under BNS, the concept of cruelty, and recent judgments on the same.
- Module 3: Filing procedures and drafting anticipatory bail applications.
- Module 4: Drafting PWDVA applications and interim maintenance applications.
- Module 5: Conducting PWDVA cases and criminal revisions.
- Module 6: Drafting divorce petitions, mutual consent divorces, and settlement terms.
- Module 7: Custody matters and appeals.
- Module 8: Custody applications, recent judgments, and custody laws in Muslim law.
