AM LEGALS is actively hiring for two key roles: Principal Associate and Senior Associate, both based in Ahmedabad. This is an excellent opportunity for legal professionals specializing in litigation, arbitration, and regulatory advisory work. The firm is looking for experienced candidates to join its team, with one vacancy for Principal Associate and three vacancies for Senior Associates. The selected candidates will work on significant legal matters, particularly with high court litigation and arbitration cases.

Eligibility
- Principal Associate: Candidates should have 5-6 years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE) and substantial experience in litigation and arbitration.
- Senior Associate: Candidates with 2-3 years of PQE.
- Strong litigation experience and familiarity with court procedures
- Both positions require candidates to be well-versed with the Gujarat High Court, NCLT (National Company Law Tribunal), and lower courts.
Role and Responsibilities
- Handling litigation and arbitration cases for the firm’s clients.
- Providing regulatory advisory services.
- Representing clients in the Gujarat High Court, NCLT, and lower courts.
- Preparing and reviewing legal documentation.
- Assisting in the development of legal strategies and offering sound legal advice.
