Eligibility
To apply for the Law Officer role at IOCL, candidates must meet the following eligibility criteria:
- A full-time regular graduate degree in any discipline.
- A Bachelor’s degree in law (LL.B.) or a 5-year Integrated LL.B. degree from a recognized institution.
- The LL.B. degree must be recognized by the Bar Council of India.
- Minimum cumulative professional experience of 2 years in legal practice or legal functions.

- Managing arbitration, conciliation, and other dispute resolution mechanisms.
- Drafting and vetting legal documents such as contracts, agreements, and providing legal opinions.
- Managing legal matters related to Mergers, Acquisitions, Joint Ventures, and regulatory affairs.
- Collaborating with internal teams and providing guidance on legal compliance and risk mitigation.
