Eligibility
Candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Be a 5th-year law student at a recognized law school.
- Have proficiency in using SCC Online, a legal research tool widely used in India.
- Possess at least three published research papers in reputable legal journals or platforms.
- Be available full-time for the internship period, with no examinations or midterms scheduled during this tenure.
Role and Responsibilities
As a Legal Researcher, you will:
- Conduct in-depth legal research on assigned topics, focusing on complex legal issues in civil and criminal law.
- Prepare detailed research reports and summaries that will be used to inform case strategies and decisions.
- Assist in the drafting of legal documents and memos, offering vital support to the legal team.
- Collaborate closely with senior associates to ensure that all research is accurate, thorough, and delivered on time.
