Eligibility
Candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
- Experience working with builders/promoters, law firms, or as an independent practitioner
- Strong background in real estate law and transactions
Role and Responsibilities
The Associate will be responsible for:
- Conducting due diligence and investigating property titles
- Drafting and reviewing title search opinions
- Drafting and reviewing various agreements related to real estate transactions
- Providing oral opinions on matters related to stamp duty, registration, and other aspects of real estate transactions
