Eligibility
To be eligible for the Senior Associate position, candidates must have:
- 8 to 10 years of experience in representation before NCLT and NCLAT
- Substantial experience and knowledge in handling IBC cases
- Proven track record of handling complex legal issues in these tribunals
Role and Responsibilities
The Senior Associate will be responsible for:
- Representing clients before the NCLT and NCLAT in IBC and other related cases
- Conducting thorough legal research and preparing legal documents
- Advising clients on legal strategies and solutions related to insolvency and bankruptcy
- Collaborating with colleagues to ensure comprehensive legal representation
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and legal precedents
