Eligibility
Candidates interested in applying for the Junior Associate position must meet the following criteria:
- Experience: 0-1 years of professional experience.
- Enrollment: Must be enrolled with the Bar Council of India.
Role and Responsibilities
As a Junior Associate at Diaz Legal, the selected candidates will be expected to:
- Participate in court visits, including the High Court, District Court, TDSAT, NCLAT, NCLT, and DRT.
- Assist in arbitration proceedings.
- Conduct legal research and prepare legal documents.
- Support senior attorneys in case preparation and client meetings.
