Eligibility
To be eligible for the Due Diligence Associate position, candidates must have:
- A minimum of 6+ months of due diligence experience or equivalent, which can include risk management, client service, operations support, or business process management. This experience can be demonstrated through work experience, training, military service, or education.
Role and Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Engage with clients directly or through relationship managers to ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements while focusing on client satisfaction.
- Conduct comprehensive research and background investigations on transactions, individuals, entities, organizations, or locations to identify and mitigate risks, documenting your findings.
- Review basic issues, policies, or procedures related to lower-risk tasks and deliverables, providing quick and effective solutions.
- Run periodic due diligence reports that reflect the current business environment.
- Gather and input data using available resources to identify required documentation for compliance with policy and regulatory requirements.
- Receive direction from supervisors and exercise judgment while developing an understanding of function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals.
