Eligibility
Candidates must meet the following criteria to be eligible for this position:
- Minimum of 3 years of post-qualification experience.

- Strong skills in due diligence, drafting transaction documents, and core financing transactions.
Role and Responsibilities
The Senior Associate will be responsible for:
- Conducting due diligence and drafting transaction documents related to banking and finance.
- Advising on project development, bid processes, procurement, and project contracts such as EPC, OM, and Concession Agreements.
- Handling core financing transactions, including term loans and project financing.
- Supporting documentation and negotiation for projects and mergers and acquisitions (M&A).
- Collaborating with other team members to deliver comprehensive legal solutions to clients.
Key Skills
The ideal candidate will possess:
- In-depth experience in due diligences and drafting transaction documents for banking and finance.
- Exposure to project development, bid advisory, procurement, and project contracts.
- Core financing experience, especially in transactions involving term loans and project financing.
- Strong documentation and negotiation skills for projects and M&A.
