Eligibility
- Qualification: LLB
- Experience: 1 to 3 years in e-discovery document review and data breach management.
- Location: Hyderabad, India.
Role and Responsibilities
- Document Review: Review, evaluate, and process documents and contracts. Conduct research and gather data following client instructions and specifications.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure the completion of all Quality Assurance (QA) processes. Execute and implement QA strategy as per requirements.
- Relevance, Privilege, and Confidentiality: Consider these factors when reviewing documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- QA Improvement: Perform QA of first-level reviewed documents. Develop methods to increase First-Level Review (FLR) counts while reducing QA checks.
- Subject Matter Expertise: Provide rationale and decisions on responsiveness and privilege according to the briefing guide. Assist in resolving technical issues.
- Team Support: Assist Team Leads in reviewing documents and other related tasks assigned by Team Leads and Managers. Train new employees effectively.
- Confidentiality: Maintain confidentiality of all organizational and client information.
