Eligibility
- Educational Qualification: LLB degree from a recognized institution.
- Experience: 1-2 years of civil litigation experience.
- Skills: Strong analytical, research, and communication skills. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Role and Responsibilities
- Client Representation: Represent clients in civil suits, providing robust legal representation.
- Legal Research: Conduct thorough legal research to support case strategies and outcomes.
- Documentation: Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
- Court Hearings: Assist senior attorneys with court hearings, ensuring all necessary documentation and evidence are prepared.
