About Organisation
SFIO is a multi-disciplinary organization under the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India. Manned by experts in diverse fields such as accountancy, law, IT, and investigation, SFIO is dedicated to investigating complex financial frauds and white-collar crimes from a multi-disciplinary perspective.
Eligibility
The internship program is open to students pursuing post-graduation in fields such as Economics, Commerce, Law, Management, and Computer Forensics, as well as those pursuing professional courses with institutions like ICAI, ICSI, and ICMAI. Applicants must have consistent and excellent academic records, with a first-class graduation degree or a high second-class graduation degree with at least 55% marks. Indian nationals meeting these criteria are eligible to apply.
Role and Responsibilities
Interns will have the opportunity to familiarize themselves with the workings of the government and gain practical experience in specialized skills related to their field of study. Responsibilities may include assisting SFIO officers in various tasks, conducting research, analyzing data, and working collaboratively in a team environment.
Perks
Interns participating in the program will receive a stipend of Rs. 7,000 per month for the duration of the internship. Additionally, they will gain valuable insights into the investigative process of a premier government agency and enhance their professional skills through hands-on experience.
Mode and Location
The internship program will take place offline in various SFIO offices across India. Interns will have the opportunity to work in a professional environment and interact with experts from different disciplines within SFIO.
