Terra Economics & Analytics Lab (TEAL) offers a comprehensive decision support platform for land and property transactions. Their analytical tools and services leverage data from various sources, including land records, property registrations, tax filings, court mandates, and land-use regulations. TEAL serves banks, housing finance companies, real estate developers, retail investors, and other stakeholders in the property sector.
Eligibility
Candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Ability to handle confidential documents.
- 6 months to 3 years of experience in property laws, property due diligence, RERA, and title search reports.
- Understanding of real estate laws; sound knowledge of RERA is advantageous.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Good communication skills.
- Proficiency in Kannada (reading ability is mandatory).
- Background in litigation preferred but not required.
- Prior experience in real estate law and property documentation.
Role and Responsibilities
- Conduct title due diligence and provide legal opinions.
- Draft and vet contracts and other legal documents.
- Manage assigned cases and report escalations promptly.
- Coordinate with external counsels and clients.
- Research land laws of different states and secure necessary documents and reports.
- Handle property registration work.
- Perform other related tasks as assigned.
