Course Structure/Module
The course is structured into two core modules:
- Investment Arbitration: This module covers the nature, evolution, and context of investment arbitration, interpretation of investment treaties, political risk assurance, jurisdiction, practical aspects, standards of protection, annulment, and enforcement of arbitration awards.
- International Commercial Arbitration: This includes topics on arbitration agreements, tribunal organization, conduct of arbitral proceedings, provisional measures, setting aside arbitral awards, and valuation of damages under international arbitration.
