Eligibility
- Advocate:
- 0-3 years of experience as an Advocate enrolled with the Bar Council.
- Proficient in English with strong vocal skills.
- Internship:
- Open to students pursuing LLB / BA LLB (3 years and 5 years courses).
- Preference given to candidates residing in the western suburbs.
Role and Responsibilities
- Advocate:
- Represent clients in Consumer Courts, City Civil Courts, and Criminal matters.
- Handle 138 matters in MM Courts.
- Work on cases in Co-operative Courts and appear before the Dy. Registrar (Co-operative societies).
- Engage in legal drafting and liaising with various government departments.
- Intern:
- Assist in legal research and documentation.
- Support senior advocates in case preparations.
- Attend court proceedings and client meetings.
- Help with legal drafting and liaising tasks.
