Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Professional Qualification: Post-Qualification Experience (PQE) of 2+ years.
- Core Competencies:
- Experience in General Corporate Advisory and Corporate Commercial Transactions, including Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) and Private Equity.
- Proficient knowledge of Company Law, FEMA, SEBI and RBI Regulations, and Employment & Labour Laws.
- Exposure to handling compliance-related work for companies.
- Strong legal drafting skills.

Role and Responsibilities
As a Corporate Lawyer at KS&K, your responsibilities will include:
- Advising clients on corporate law matters and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Handling corporate commercial transactions, including M&A and Private Equity.
- Drafting and reviewing legal documents, agreements, and contracts.
