Eligibility
- Post Qualification Experience: 2+ years.
- Proven experience in handling Capital Markets transactions such as IPOs, rights issues, QIPs, and preferential allotments by listed companies.
- Strong understanding of legal and regulatory frameworks related to capital markets.
Role and Responsibilities
- Capital Markets Transactions: Manage and execute tasks related to IPOs, rights issues, QIPs, and preferential allotments by listed companies.
- Practice Skills:
- Oral and written advocacy.
- Contract drafting and technical legal analysis.
- Time Management: Efficiently manage timelines of assignments and handle multiple transactions simultaneously.
- Client Communication: Maintain outstanding written and verbal communication skills to liaise effectively with internal and external clients.
- Knowledge and Expertise:
- Stay updated on legal developments.
- Act as the subject matter expert on capital market issues.
- Problem Solving: Deliver solution-oriented approaches and close transactions independently with minimal supervision.
