About Organisation
NCLAT is a prominent tribunal in India established under Section 410 of the Companies Act, 2013. It hears appeals against the orders of the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) and other statutory authorities. NCLAT plays a vital role in corporate law, insolvency matters, and competition law, ensuring justice and fairness in commercial disputes.
Eligibility
Assistant Registrar
- Officers working under Central/State Governments, Union Territories, Courts, or Tribunals.
- Degree in law from a recognized university.
- Experience:
- Holding an analogous post or,
- Five years’ regular service in level-9/10 (Seventh CPC) or,
- Six years’ service in level-8 or,
- Seven years’ service in level-7.
- Proficiency in administrative, establishment, or court matters.
Principal Private Secretary
- Officers working under Central/State Governments, Union Territories, Courts, or Tribunals.
- Preferably a degree in law from a recognized university.
- Experience:
- Holding an analogous post or,
- Five years’ service in level-9/10 (Seventh CPC) or,
- Six years’ service in level-8 or,
- Seven years’ service in level-7 or,
- Ten years’ service in level-6.
- Proficiency in administrative, establishment, or court matters.
Court Officer
- Officers working under Central/State Governments, Courts, or Tribunals.
- Preferably a degree in law from a recognized university.
- Experience:
- Holding an analogous post or,
- Two years’ service in level-7 (Seventh CPC) or,
- Six years’ service in level-6.
- Proficiency in administrative, establishment, or court matters.
Role and Responsibilities
The selected candidates will be responsible for:
- Administrative and establishment tasks.
- Court-related activities, including preparing pleadings and assisting in legal proceedings.
- Effective coordination between different departments.
