Eligibility
To be eligible for this position, candidates must:
- Hold an LL.B. degree from a reputable institution.
- Have 1 to 5 years of experience in corporate law, preferably within an in-house legal team.
- Possess a solid understanding of Indian corporate laws and regulations, contracts, arbitration, and labor law.
Roles and Responsibilities
As a Legal Executive at Zebronics, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Advising on corporate law, compliance, and regulatory matters to support the company’s business operations.
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, legal notices, NDAs, and other legal documents.
- Managing litigation, dispute resolution, and arbitration matters.
- Collaborating with various internal stakeholders to ensure smooth legal processes.
- Developing and implementing company-wide legal policies and procedures.
