The selected candidate will assist in various litigation matters, appearing in courts such as the High Court, City Civil Court, Small Causes Court, Debt Recovery Tribunal (DRT), National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), and Metropolitan Courts in Mumbai.

Role and Responsibilities
As an Associate at Zen Legal LLP, the selected candidate will have the following responsibilities:
- Assist in Litigation: You will assist senior advocates in managing litigation matters in courts such as the High Court, City Civil Court, Small Causes Court, DRT, NCLT, and Metropolitan Courts.
- Court Appearances: You will be required to appear before the courts on behalf of clients for hearings, submissions, and case proceedings.
- Case Preparation: Assisting in preparing case files, drafting pleadings, and conducting research to support litigation.
- Client Communication: Coordinating with clients to understand their needs and gathering necessary information for cases.
- Legal Research: Conducting research on relevant laws and case laws to strengthen litigation strategies.
