Eligibility
Candidates must meet the following criteria:
- 2 to 10 years of experience in banking and finance law
- Admitted to the Bar
- Possession of an LL.M, MAS, or J.D. degree
- Experience working in a law firm is essential
Role and Responsibilities
The Banking & Finance Lawyer will be responsible for:
- Handling regulatory matters, which will be an asset to the department
- Demonstrating strong technical skills to support client work
- Acting as a team player and participating actively in the development of the Banking & Finance department
- Providing legal advice and support on various banking and finance transactions
