Into Legal World Institute is offering a “Certificate Course on Practice and Procedure in New Criminal Laws.” This course aims to provide students and legal professionals with a comprehensive understanding of the latest developments in criminal law. The course covers the new criminal laws passed in 2023 and effective from July 1, 2024, including the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, and the Bharatiya Sakshya Bill.

1. Introduction to New Criminal Laws

2. The Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023
– Key provisions and changes
– Offences against women, children, the state, and public servants
3. The Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023
– FIRs, arrests, police complaints, trials, plea bargaining, bail procedures
4. The Bharatiya Sakshya Adhiniyam, 2023
– Proof of oral and documentary evidence, burden of proof, witnesses
5. Drafting Sessions
– Drafting of police complaints, charge sheets, petitions, affidavits, and bail applications
