Eligibility
The internship is open to:
- 4th and 5th-year law students of a 5-year law course
- 2nd and 3rd-year law students of a 3-year law course
Role and Responsibilities
As an intern, your role will vary based on the practice area you are assigned to:
- Indirect Tax (Pune): You will assist in research and analysis of indirect tax laws, prepare case briefs, and support in drafting legal documents.
- Customs Advisory (Ahmedabad): Your responsibilities will include providing support in customs law research, aiding in advisory services, and assisting in compliance-related tasks.
- Corporate M&A (Hyderabad): You will be involved in due diligence, drafting corporate agreements, researching M&A laws, and assisting in transaction documentation.
