Work Highlights

Nithia Capital acquiring CrestSteel and Power for ₹600 crore. The transaction team comprised Partners Nakul Sachdeva, Damandeep Bhalla, and Aakarshan Sahay.
iSelect Limited, an Australian Stock Exchange listed company, on its acquisition of 49% share in CIMET Holdings Pty Limited and VConnex Services, Inc. The transaction team included Partner Shinoj Koshy, Managing Associate Vipin Sharma and Associate Purvi Khanna.
TripMoney acquiring 51% stake in BookMyForex. The deal team included Partners Harish Kumar, Vivek Agarwal, Nitin Gera, and Shruti Barua.
Finova Capital series D funding round. The team was led by Partner Nitin Gera.
National Investment and Infrastructure Fund (NIIF). Partner Girish Rawat and Associate Ashneet Chhabra advised on this deal.
