About the Publication
The NALSAR-IAMC ADR Journal is a collaborative initiative by NALSAR University of Law and the International Arbitration and Mediation Centre (IAMC). It serves as a scholarly platform to foster and promote academic research in the fields of Arbitration and Alternate Dispute Resolution (ADR). This journal is committed to facilitating insightful discussions and critical analyses, offering legal minds an opportunity to contribute to the growing discourse on Arbitration and ADR.
Theme
The journal welcomes submissions on topics related to Arbitration Law (both domestic and international) and Alternate Dispute Resolution. There are no specific sub-themes, allowing contributors to explore diverse and contemporary issues in these fields.
Eligibility
The journal invites submissions from:
- Students
- Academicians
- Legal professionals
- Research scholars
Co-authorship of up to two authors is permitted.
Submission Guidelines
- Abstract: Each submission must include a 250-word abstract along with 5-8 keywords.
- Word Limit:
- Long Articles: Approximately 6,000 words
- Short Articles: Approximately 4,000-6,000 words
- Essays: Approximately 2,500-4,000 words (Word limits exclude footnotes.)
- Formatting:
- Body: Times New Roman, Font Size 12, 1.5 line spacing, justified alignment, and 1-inch margins.
- Footnotes: Times New Roman, Font Size 10, single line spacing.
- Citation Style: The Bluebook (21st edition) must be followed.
- Originality: Submissions must be original and free from plagiarism. While AI tools may assist in the writing process, the content should reflect genuine academic effort. Submissions found to be wholly AI-generated or plagiarized will be rejected.
- Anonymity: The manuscript must not contain any identifying information about the author(s). Personal details, such as names and affiliations, should be provided in the cover email.

There is no registration or submission fee.

- Prepare your manuscript in .doc or .docx format.
- Email the submission to nalsariamcadrjournal@nalsar.ac.inwith the subject line: “Submission for Volume II | [Author(s) Name] – [Title of Submission]”.
- Name the file as: “[Author(s) Name] – [Title of Submission]”.
- Include the following details in the cover email:
