RS Law Chambers is currently inviting applications for two associate positions in the litigation team of Mr. Raman Yadav. The selected candidates will work primarily on civil, commercial, arbitration, and constitutional matters across various courts and tribunals in New Delhi, including the Supreme Court and the Delhi High Court.

Eligibility
- Experience: 0-2 years post-qualification experience (PQE).
- Preferably some experience of working at the Supreme Court.
- Equipped with good drafting skills and legal research capabilities.
- Recent law graduates with relevant internship experience may also apply.
Role and Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research and analysis on various civil, commercial, arbitration, and constitutional law issues.
- Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, petitions, and legal opinions.
- Assist in preparing cases for hearings and trials in the Supreme Court, Delhi High Court, and other courts and tribunals across Delhi.
- Participate in court proceedings and arbitrations, providing support to senior advocates.
- Collaborate with the litigation team to develop case strategies and ensure effective representation of clients.
