Eligibility
To be eligible for this position, candidates must:
- Be based in Mumbai.
- Have a Post-Qualification Experience (PQE) of 1-2 years.
- Demonstrate motivation, dynamism, and a long-term commitment to growing with the firm.
- Show a keen interest in corporate legal work and possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Role and Responsibilities
As an Associate in the General Corporate team, the successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Assisting in various corporate legal matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, compliance, and contract drafting.
- Engaging in legal research and providing well-founded legal opinions.
- Supporting senior associates and partners in complex legal transactions.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships by delivering high-quality legal services.

Salary
