Eligibility
- Current law student or holder of a law degree
- Demonstrated interest in IT and legal issues through coursework or previous internships
- Strong English proficiency (spoken and written)
- Independent, driven, and able to work in a demanding environment
- Pragmatic approach to solving business problems
- Team player capable of taking independent responsibility
- Previous experience interning with an IT company is a bonus
- Available for a full-time, in-office internship for 6 months
Role and Responsibilities
- Reviewing IT contracts such as MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, Alliance Agreements, Vendor agreements, etc.
- Conducting legal research and advising on transaction risks
- Providing advisory services to various HR functions
