This role involves client management, legal negotiations, drafting, and research, making it an ideal internship for those passionate about debt laws and dispute resolution.

Eligibility
- Educational Qualification: Final-year law students or graduates from the 2023-24 batch.
- Location Requirement: Must be able to physically relocate to the Noida office (Sector-2).
Role and Responsibilities
As an Assessment Intern, your responsibilities include:
- Client Handling: Communicate with clients, provide legal guidance, and manage case updates effectively.
- Legal Negotiations: Engage with debtors and creditors to resolve disputes while safeguarding client interests.
- Legal Drafting: Draft and review debt settlement agreements, legal notices, and ensure compliance with applicable laws.
- Legal Research: Research relevant debt laws and regulations and keep abreast of industry trends.
- Performance Evaluation: Deliver high-quality case handling and ensure client satisfaction to be considered for permanent employment.
