Eligibility
To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Minimum 1-4 years of post-qualification experience in land laws, property laws, real estate laws, and conveyancing laws.
- Proficiency in English and Marathi, both spoken and written.
- Competence in basic computer applications, including MS-Word, MS-Excel, and MS-PowerPoint.
- Experience with at least one legal research software.
- Knowledge of drafting deeds and documents for land, property, and real estate transactions.
- A good family background is preferred.
