Eligibility
- Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of post-qualification experience (PQE) in litigation.
- Strong interest and preferably some knowledge in Intellectual Property Rights.
- Excellent communication, research, and writing skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Enrolled with a Bar Council.
Role and Responsibilities
- Conducting legal research and preparing case briefs related to Intellectual Property Rights.
- Drafting pleadings, motions, and other legal documents for IPR cases.
- Assisting senior attorneys in court hearings and proceedings.
- Managing case files and maintaining proper documentation.
- Engaging in client consultations and providing legal advice under supervision.
- Staying updated with the latest developments in IPR laws and regulations.
