Eligibility
Candidates who are in their 3rd, 4th, or final year of law school are eligible to apply. Preference will be given to those with prior internship experience in Company Law, Banking Finance, Laws relating to Mergers & Acquisitions, Legal Process Outsourcing, and Knowledge Process Outsourcing.
Role and Responsibilities
Interns at Ab Initio Legal will be involved in developing legal policies and procedures for companies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. They will also draft documents for company incorporation, such as Memorandum of Association, Articles of Association, and various legal agreements. Additionally, interns will conduct research on bye-laws, practices, and case laws related to Company Law, as well as perform due diligence and compliance-related tasks.
Perks
