Eligibility Criteria
The internship is open to:
- Students in their 3rd, 4th, and 5th years of a 5-year law program.
- Students in their 2nd and 3rd years of a 3-year law program.
This eligibility framework is designed to attract students with foundational legal knowledge who are now prepared to tackle complex, real-world issues within the realm of technology and policy.
Role and Responsibilities
Interns at A&N Legal Solutions will play an active role in high-impact research, with responsibilities including:
- Conducting In-Depth Research on emerging sectors such as Data Privacy, Online Gaming, Artificial Intelligence, Cryptocurrency, Virtual Digital Assets, and FinTech.
- Analyzing Technological Impacts to understand how these evolving sectors affect regulatory compliance and influence public policy.
- Creating Well-Informed Opinion Pieces that reflect insightful legal and policy perspectives on these critical issues.
Interns will have the opportunity to explore the regulatory landscape surrounding new-age technologies, assess the compliance requirements they pose, and contribute to thought leadership that helps shape informed public discourse.
