Eligibility Criteria
The firm is looking for:
- 4th and 5th-year students in a 5-year B.A. LL.B. program.
- 2nd and 3rd-year students in a 3-year LL.B. program.
- Candidates must be based in NCR.
- Applicants should have knowledge of property law, basic drafting, and due diligence skills.
- A keen interest in real estate and property law, as well as prior experience with corporate law (either at law firms or in-house), is preferred.

Role and Responsibilities
Interns will gain hands-on experience by working closely with senior associates and partners in several key areas:
- Drafting and Conveyancing: Engage with critical legal documents such as sale deeds, lease agreements, and contracts.
- Property Due Diligence and Title Search: Perform title investigations and evaluations for properties across India, gaining exposure to real estate compliance processes.
- Legal Compliance and Registration: Assist in navigating statutory requirements, approvals, and project sanctions, crucial for real estate transactions.
- Litigation Support: Support ongoing civil, criminal, and commercial litigation matters.
