Eligibility
- Candidates must hold a B.A. L.L.B. or L.L.M.
- At least one year of experience reviewing legal documents and extracting relevant information is required.
- Experience with online legal research related to IP laws is essential.
- Knowledge and experience in the trademark or IP domain is highly preferred.
Role and Responsibilities
- Analyze legal information from case law and encode it into Clarivate’s extensive IP database.
- Review and assess European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO) trademark decisions.
- Provide feedback on errors or bugs in the tools used for encoding information.
- Contribute to maintaining a vast database that includes over 87,00,000 cases.
