Role and Responsibilities
The selected candidates will have the following responsibilities:
- Providing legal advisory services in the fields of Data Privacy and Corporate Laws.
- Managing regulatory practices and ensuring clients remain compliant with relevant laws.
- Participating in litigation cases related to data privacy, corporate governance, and other practice areas of the firm.
- Working closely with clients to offer sound legal advice on labor and employment laws if required.
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various legal documents.
