Eligibility

- Education: LLB degree is mandatory.

- Skills: Candidates should have substantial experience in due diligence, drafting, and negotiating for M&A and Private Equity transactions, as well as joint ventures, business transfers, and divestments.
Role and Responsibilities
The selected candidate will handle a wide range of legal responsibilities, including:
- Conducting due diligence for M&A (domestic and cross-border) and private equity transactions.
- Drafting, negotiating, and closing complex deals related to M&A, private equity, joint ventures, business transfers, and divestments.
- Drafting and reviewing commercial contracts and agreements.
- Advising clients on general corporate matters and ensuring compliance with relevant legal frameworks.
