Eligibility
- Education: An accredited law degree is required.
- Experience: Applicants must have 2-3 years of experience in a law firm or legal practice.
- Skills:
- Strong legal knowledge and research capabilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- A passion for the intersection of law and technology is highly desirable, along with an interest in emerging legal fields such as virtual assets.
Role and Responsibilities
As an Associate – Virtual Asset, your key responsibilities will include:
- Conducting in-depth legal research and crafting briefs for senior lawyers on complex issues.
- Analyzing and summarizing intricate legal documents and contracts, suggesting strategic amendments.
- Managing electronic and physical discovery processes.
- Collaborating on high-profile transactions under the guidance of Senior Associates and Partners.
- Taking an active role in deal management, including drafting, negotiation, due diligence, and closings.
- Ensuring proactive communication with clients and managing documentation efficiently.
- Contributing to thought leadership by developing articles, newsletters, and reports.
- Mentoring interns and guiding them in legal innovation.
