Eligibility
- Law students in their penultimate (second-last) or final year of study.
- Candidates must have strong legal drafting and research skills.
- Familiarity with online legal databases such as Manupatra, SCC Online, or Westlaw is essential.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) are required.
- Candidates should possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capability to apply legal acumen to various cases.
Role and Responsibilities
- Assisting senior advocates in preparing legal documents and case files.
- Conducting detailed legal research on relevant statutes, case laws, and precedents.
- Drafting legal documents such as pleadings, contracts, and case summaries.
- Attending court hearings and observing courtroom procedures.
- Supporting the legal team in client meetings, case strategy discussions, and trial preparations.
- Analyzing and solving complex legal problems under the guidance of experienced lawyers.
