Eligibility
This internship is open to third to fifth-year law students with a passion for research and an interest in ODR and ADR mechanisms. To be eligible, candidates should demonstrate:
- Research and analytical skills.
- A good grasp of legal technology and dispute resolution.
- Proficiency in MS Office and web tools for analyzing data.
- Strong communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of ADR laws and mechanisms would be an added advantage.
Role and Responsibilities
The selected intern will be responsible for:
- Researching various ODR platforms, technologies, and legal frameworks.
- Analyzing ODR processes and recommending improvements or innovations.
- Assisting in the preparation of reports, presentations, and research documentation.
- Tracking developments and trends in the ODR space.
- Supporting other research tasks aligned with the project’s objectives.
This role provides an in-depth look into how legal technology is shaping dispute resolution while giving students hands-on experience with ODR practices.
