Eligibility
To apply for the Legal Intern position, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Law students in their third year or above (for 5-year integrated law programs).
- Law students in their second year or above (for 3-year LL.B. programs).
- Recent law graduates seeking hands-on experience in litigation or corporate law.
- Interest in litigation, corporate law, and legal research is essential.
Roles and Responsibilities
As a legal intern at A.K. Bhambri & Associates, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Conducting thorough legal research on various cases.
- Assisting in drafting legal documents such as case briefs, petitions, and contracts.
- Providing support in the preparation of court documents and case files.
- Attending court hearings (for physical interns) to gain real-time exposure to litigation practices.
- Assisting senior associates with case management and client meetings.
