About the Publication
The International Journal of Advanced Legal Research (IJALR) is issuing a call for papers, for the publication of various legal writings. These include, short articles, long articles, book reviews, case comments, research papers, and essays. Indexed at Manupatra, Google Scholar, J-Gate, and 23+ other databases, IJALR aims to promote legal research and enhance the skills of law students across India.
Theme
The journal invites original, unpublished content on any topic related to law. This open theme allows for a wide range of submissions, encouraging diverse and comprehensive legal discourse.
Eligibility
Submissions are open to:
- Law students pursuing the five-year LL.B or three-year LL.B course.
- Academicians.
- Students pursuing LL.M. or Ph.D.
- Legal professionals and educators.
Submission Guidelines
- The manuscript must be original and unpublished.
- Format: MS Word.
- Body: Times New Roman, font size 12, 1.5 line spacing.
- Footnotes: Times New Roman, font size 10, single line spacing.
- A uniform style of citation must be followed.
- Co-authorship is allowed for up to three authors.
- Full names of all authors must be provided.
- Acceptance or rejection will be notified within 24 hours.
Word Limit (Including Footnotes)
- Short Articles: 1500-2500 words
- Long Articles: 2500-4000 words
- Research Papers: 2500-8000 words
- Book Reviews: 1500-3500 words
- Case Comments: 1500-3000 words
- Abstract: Up to 300 words

Registration Fee
- Indian Authors: INR 800/-
- Foreign Authors: $20
- No extra charges for co-authors.
