Eligibility
To qualify for this internship, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Pursuing 4th or 5th year of B.A. LL.B. or 2nd or 3rd year of LL.B. from a law college in the NCR.
- Basic knowledge of property law, drafting, and due diligence.
- Prior internship experience in real estate or corporate law is preferred.
Roles and Responsibilities
Interns will engage in diverse legal assignments, including:
- Property Due Diligence: Conducting title searches and property evaluations.
- Drafting and Conveyancing: Preparing sale deeds, lease agreements, and other property-related legal documents.
- Litigation Support: Assisting in cases related to civil, criminal, and commercial law.
