Eligibility
– The internship is open to law students in their 2nd to 4th year of a 5-year law program or in their 2nd or 3rd year of a 3-year law program.
– A keen interest in Intellectual Property Rights, particularly trademark law, is essential.
Role and Responsibilities
– Conduct legal research related to Intellectual Property Rights with a focus on trademark law.
– Assist in drafting and reviewing legal documents, including trademark applications and related legal notices.
– Support the IPR team in managing trademark portfolios for clients.
– Organize and maintain case files and ensure all documentation is up-to-date.
– Attend meetings and assist in preparing case summaries and reports.
