Eligibility
The internship is open to law students enrolled in recognized law schools.
- Students in their 3rd year and onwards (5-year integrated law course).
- Students in their 2nd year and onwards (3-year law course).
Candidates must possess strong legal research and drafting skills, with proficiency in using legal databases like SCC Online and Manupatra. Freshers with a strong interest in litigation are encouraged to apply, although prior experience in law offices or legal departments is preferred.
Role and Responsibilities
Interns will be responsible for:
- Assisting with legal research on ongoing cases.
- Drafting and proofreading legal documents, petitions, and pleadings.
- Observing court proceedings and taking notes.
- Providing administrative support, including filing and documentation tasks.
This internship is structured to provide a holistic understanding of litigation, from legal research to court procedures.
