Law Offices of India is offering an exciting online internship opportunity for law students interested in corporate and commercial law, with a specific focus on Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) under both domestic and international jurisdictions. This two-month internship will provide participants with hands-on experience in legal research, enabling them to enhance their understanding and skills in ADR.

Eligibility

  • Law students currently in their 3rd, 4th, or 5th year from reputed law schools are eligible to apply.
  • Applicants should have a strong interest in ADR and legal research.

Role and Responsibilities

Interns will be responsible for conducting in-depth legal research on topics related to ADR under domestic and international jurisdictions. The research will focus on key issues such as the power of the arbitral tribunal in setting aside ex-parte orders against the respondent and the respondent’s right to participate in arbitral proceedings after being proceeded ex-parte.

    • The Right of the Respondent to Participate in Arbitral Proceedings After Being Proceeded Ex-parte.

The write-up should reference a minimum of two judgments on the subject.
