About the Internship
The Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA), Bihar, is offering a paid legal internship for a period of 12 months. Eligibility
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Law with a minimum of 60% marks or equivalent grade in LL.B. or LL.M. recognized by the Bar Council of India from any National Law Universities or other recognized universities.
- Ability to work online is essential.
- Preference will be given to candidates with knowledge in the real estate sector.
- Good working knowledge and skills in computer and ICT applications.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Age limit: Below 30 years.
Role and Responsibilities
- Assist in legal research and analysis related to real estate regulations.
- Draft legal documents, reports, and compliance documents.
- Support the legal team in handling real estate cases and disputes.
- Work on ICT applications and manage online tasks.
- Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Participate in meetings and discussions regarding real estate policies and regulations.
