Eligibility
– Open to law students or recent graduates with a keen interest in litigation and legal research.
– Strong analytical skills and familiarity with MS Office are required.
– Prior experience or coursework in litigation management is preferred but not mandatory.
Role and Responsibilities
– Maintain an MIS for PAN India litigation.
– Monitor and manage court cases, including tracking progress and ensuring compliance with deadlines.
– Keep records of notices and case papers.
– Assist with copyright claim issues and documentation related to litigation and notices.
– Coordinate with external law firms and counsels.
– Conduct legal research and review legal documents.
– Work closely with internal teams to support legal processes and procedures.
