This three-month internship offers a unique opportunity for law students and graduates to gain practical experience in the legal field, working on various aspects of legal documentation, research, and compliance. Eligibility
- Currently pursuing or completed an LLB degree.
- Preferred candidates are based out of Gurugram.
Role and Responsibilities
As a Legal Intern at Square Yards, your responsibilities will include:
- Drafting and Reviewing Legal Documents: Draft, review, vet, and redline various legal documents, including lease agreements, service agreements, and non-disclosure agreements (NDAs).
- Legal Research: Conduct legal research and provide concise summaries on relevant legal issues.
- Document Preparation: Assist with the preparation of legal documents.
- Record Maintenance: Maintain organized records of all legal documents and correspondence.
- Additional Duties: Perform other duties as assigned to support the legal department.
- Understanding of Laws: Demonstrate a strong understanding of contract law and business laws (Companies Act, NIA, and Arbitration laws).
- Communication Skills: Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Teamwork and Independence: Work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal research tools.

Mode and Location
