Eligibility
Candidates must meet the following eligibility criteria to apply for the 2024 Internship Program:
- Be a law student in the 3rd year or above (for 5-year courses) or in the 2nd year or above (for 3-year courses).
- Possess strong research and analytical skills.
- Have excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Be able to work under tight deadlines with strong attention to detail.
- Prior internship experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Display an interest in commercial litigation, arbitration, corporate law, and dispute resolution.
Role and Responsibilities
Selected interns will:
- Participate in real-world cases involving commercial litigation, arbitration, and corporate law.
- Assist with legal drafting and client interactions.
- Conduct detailed legal research to support ongoing cases and advisory services.
- Collaborate with the team to prepare for hearings and case presentations.
- Develop a deeper understanding of dispute resolution and its practical applications in law.
